Job Description

• Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and strategies in the assigned function.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the function, determine recruitment needs & necessary characteristics of the role and develop a hiring strategy accordingly.
• Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/ channels such as LinkedIn and other social media/ digital channels.
• Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate and manage all follow-up communications.
• Understand and execute full-cycle recruiting, including screening, analyzing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in social media and digital recruitment technologies
• Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints.
• Knowledge of social networks, CV databases, and business connections building tactics.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing candidates in database.
• Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent in the engineering services industry.
• Identifying the engagement level at different units in the organization and devising strategies to increase the engagement.
• Initiating and conceptualizing different engagement activities and forming a yearly calendar & execute the same.
• Identifying partners for executing engagement programs externally and coordinating on different terms for better execution.
• Assist in formation of employment and HR policies and procedures.
