We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to work at the Historic Durham Bulls Stadium for the 2023 season. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will r ecruits game day employees and nonprofit fundraising groups to work in the concession stands and other food service areas of the ballpark. You will schedule group members and hourly associates to properly run the operation. This position offers $16-$18/hr based on experience, NO tips. This is a part-time, position from January-October. Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
This position is intended as an entry level to gain experience in the food & beverage industry. Upon completion of the season, the Staffing Coordinator Trainee will have gained experience in preparing financial reports,recruitment and hiring of staff, and balancing staffing one operation with multiple staffing sources.

As a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator, you will:
· Recruits and conducts interviews for game day employees.
· Aids in the execution of a successful nonprofit fundraising group program.
· Trains nonprofit group members in operation of a concession stand food sanitation, alcohol and customer service.
· Performs payroll functions for hourly staff including but not limited to tip data collection and time card checks
· Calculates nonprofit group commissions.
· Schedules game day staff and nonprofit fundraising groups for all events.
· Checks game day staff in for their shift and distribute/maintain uniforms.
· Sources other staffing agencies as needed.
· Act as a liaison for management and workers. Communicate with management and inform them of problems within the stand (or with guests).
· Listen to internal and external guest concerns and issues, resolve those that can be and inform the appropriate supervisor.
· Maintaining compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.
Requirements of a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator:
· 1 year experience in recruiting associates.
· 1 year experience as a trainer.
· Ability to use Microsoft Office program.
· Ability to communicate in writing or verbally and receive the same.
· Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
· Must work well in a team environment.
· Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
· Prior experience in food service.
