Role Overview
In this essential position, you’ll be the driving force behind our Sales Team’s success by ensuring a seamless flow of prospects, maintaining valuable relationships, and managing crucial administrative details. As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, supporting our team of experts in providing unparalleled service to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
Once trained, gain a solid understanding of our services and processes.
Manage and maintain the Sales Director’s calendar to optimize efficiency.
Initiate outbound calls and follow-up emails, using our well-crafted scripts and templates.
Efficiently schedule appointments, calls, meetings, webinars, and other essential activities.
Keep track of the Sales Director’s projects, tasks, and reminders.
Update and maintain our CRM programs to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
Conduct research on potential clients using various platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and company websites.
Identify and pursue new prospects to foster business development opportunities.
Monitor and track ongoing projects for timely follow-up and completion.
Tackle basic service issues with prioritization and resolution in mind.
Collaborate with other team members and take on additional duties as needed.
