The Administrative Assistant Institutional Effectiveness provides confidential administrative support to the vice president, provides office and project management and performs a wide variety of administrative support functions for the Institutional Effectiveness Division. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth and effective operation of the IE office.

Required:
A combination of educational credentials and professional experience relevant to the position
Proficiency with Google Suite applications, specifically, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available.
