We are seeking a creative and motivated Creative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our brand’s continued success. As Creative Assistant at Linzi Shoes, the successful applicant will assist with all creative aspects of the business and presence by engaging with our audience and contributing to our creative operations.

Shoots

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to…

• Full sample management
• Organise all products pre-shoot, unpack post shoot
• Assist with regular campaigns and lifestyle shoots, helping plan and source locations as and when required
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas that resonate with the target audience
• Assist with creating content as and when needed
• Manage the spreadsheet of items to be shot
• Garment management, ensuring they are steamed and ready for shoots
• Garment and prop returns post shoots
• Expense tracker

Influencer Outreach & Press PR

• Influencer outreach and coordination, including send-outs and tracking performance
• Assist and deal with PR requests and PR boxes
• TikTok affiliates, develop and maintain a full influencer strategy via TikTok affiliates

Social Media

• Carry out extensive research to assist the team in all creative operations
• Creation of all Instagram stories
• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
• Assist in developing and implementing a consistent social media strategy that aligns with Linzi Shoes’ brand identity and goals
• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation
• Community management – monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely and positive manner
• Create a LinkedIn presence for Linzi
• Produce and schedule daily push notifications

Requirements

• Fashion Marketing Diploma, Graduate or equivalent
• Proactive, creative individual
• Approachable
• Good positive energy to bring to the team
• Up to date on fashion and social trends
• Experience with Photoshop and Canva
• Able to travel to RM3
