The Sales Coordinator will provide overall sales support to the Disney Publishing Group sales and account planning teams.
You will report to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Prepare sales presentations and communication for several channels and accounts.
Pull and produce sales data (Excel).
Compose promotional offer letters and build templates.
Organize archiving of materials and sales reporting in digital folders.
Pull catalog lists or build online catalog collections on request.
Work with multiple internal departments to meet sales needs and timelines.
Access and distribute materials through digital send and mailings to sales teams and customers.
Organize, plan, and own invite distributions for team or sales-led events.
Communicate with customers while the Account Executives are away from the office.
Pay department invoices.
Understand basic distribution process to submit orders or help troubleshoot orders, tracking, and more.
Assist the Scholastic, Custom and Proprietary Sales team including accessing creative materials and monitoring production details.
Track product orders and contracts for Scholastic and Sub-rights team.
Handle confidential information on behalf of a publicly traded company.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years in a sales support or publishing support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Build relationships and communicate with all professional levels.
Work in a collaborative team environment.
Work and manage within deadlines and deliverables.
Organize, prioritize, and focus on details.
Lift books (up to 30 lbs.)
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
