Compensation Choice A: 100% Commission | Dayfoxx Resources offers a generous, industry-leading commission structure.
OR
Compensation Choice B: Base Rate – $40,000 to $100,000 plus Placement Bonuses

The Business Development Associate / Recruiter’s primary mission is to sell Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and related HR services.
Full Cycle Recruiting
After you have won the new account, you and other recruiters on the Dayfoxx Resources Recruiting Team, will fill the job reqs from the opportunities you closed.
What You Bring To Dayfoxx Resources
Engagement Expertise: You should have a proven track record for new client engagement, preferably within the staffing industry. Your ability to build and nurture client relationships is crucial to your success in this role.
Business Acumen: Understanding the staffing industry and its challenges is essential. We’re looking for professionals who can identify opportunities and propose solutions effectively.
Self-Driven: Our team values proactive individuals who can work independently and set their own goals to achieve success.
