Impact of This Role
The Manager, Talent Acquisition partners with business leaders across all corporate offices and properties globally and provides strategic recruiting services to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates into Rosewood Hotel Group.
They will take the lead in inspiring our Talent & Culture teams around the world through launching global Employer Branding initiatives, adopting latest technologies in recruiting, and designing the best candidate experience for the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Responsible for bringing the best talent into the Rosewood Hotel Group; managing job requisitions and all recruitment activities to attract, evaluate and hire top candidates
• Candidate Assessment: Leverage behavioural based interviewing and other evaluation methodology to identify and assess candidates
• Recruitment Quality & Effectiveness: Coach hiring managers on the recruitment process, educate best practice in interviews and equip hiring managers with the tools needed to qualify the candidates
• Talent Mapping: Partner with business leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and proactively source talent to build strong talent pipelines
• Candidate Experience: Design and deliver best-in-class Candidate Experience components including Job Crafting, Assessment, Feedback, Interview, Onboarding, and Alumni Engagement
• School Relations: Manage the relationships with target schools and institutions globally. Supports campus recruiting and student marketing activities and school partnership initiatives to establish a strong employer brand
• Recruitment Technology: Leverage latest recruiting technology, tools, and software (e.g. LinkedIn, Application Tracking System) to achieve cost efficiency and excellent user experience
• Employer Branding: Lead our employer branding efforts on internal and external social media platforms including WeChat, LinkedIn, and other locally relevant channels
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Enrich the lives of our guests and associates and promoting opportunities at Rosewood Hotel Group for every talent through diversity programs and hiring initiatives
