Urgent Care for Kids/Virtual Care for Families currently has 13 clinic locations across Texas and is rapidly growing! We are driven to provide excellent patient care and customer service. Our purpose is to close the gaps in children’s healthcare through innovation and execution.
We are seeking a Clinic Manager of our clinic in The Woodlands who share our core values: Passion, Humility, Adaptability, Nurture, and Experience. Clinic Office Managers work alongside the Operations team in ensuring clinic efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional team members and coaching/mentoring the clinic team.
Essential Duties
- Manage daily operations of the clinic while maintaining a professional work environment.
- Ensure staffing is appropriate for day-to-day operations.
- Promote excellent customer service by all levels of staff.
- Reporting to include compliance reports, clinic KPI accountability, weekly staff communication, and clinic flow.
- Participate in talent acquisition and recruiting activities.
- Employee relations to include team-building, mentoring, coaching, and counseling.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Communicates with various departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care.
- Investigates, resolves, and documents resolution of patient complaints.

- Communication with all staff and physicians is top priority when it comes to process changes, staffing issues, and are also shared with immediate supervisor/manager so she/he is aware in case she/he is approached. ** Better to over-communicate.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in team development strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and person workloads through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Able to travel as required.

Requirements:
- RN or LVN (Texas License) preferred but not required.
- Certified Medical Assistant with over five years of proven leadership/management experience.
- BLS Certification
- Prior Pediatric and Urgent Care experience.
- Medical Office Management experience (at least one year).
- Flexible Work Availability – Clinic Hours are 7 days per week, 365 days per year
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
- RN or LVN (Texas License) preferred but not required.
- Certified Medical Assistant with over five years of proven leadership/management experience.
- BLS Certification
- Prior Pediatric and Urgent Care experience.
- Medical Office Management experience (at least one year).
- Flexible Work Availability – Clinic Hours are 7 days per week, 365 days per year
