Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff is a pivotal role that focuses on continuously improving the way the executive organization is run. This position requires a strategic, proactive, and effective communicator, who is highly organized and who will drive progress on key initiatives, cross-functional projects, and effective communications on behalf of the CEO. As the CEO’s “trusted counsel” this role provides privileged access to the inner workings of the company and to highly sensitive information. The successful candidate will be a discrete and highly trusted individual who is committed to the vision and values of the company. Cordis is embarking on its future as a standalone company, and as such will require the Chief of Staff to be a highly r esourceful individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and who thrives in a fast paced and complex environment.
This role is based in Miami, Florida with travel required as needed.
