Role:

Recruit Talent for Front Office & Shared Services Group, Non-Technology

Responsibilities:

• Provides full life cycle recruitment support across business functions including Shared Services and the Front Office
• Acts as a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with hiring managers in assigned client areas to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Ensures job descriptions and position requirements are aligned with business objectives
• Sources resumes on multiple job boards and websites, ensuring a continual pipeline of relevant candidates are available
• Tracks candidate and requisition activity in our applicant tacking system (ORC), always maintaining the highest levels of data integrity
• Build solid foundation of our businesses and effectively communicates position requirements to candidates
• Manages candidates throughout the interview process, serving as an ambassador of the Firm
• Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent candidate experience.
• Partners with external search partners and vendors, as applicable
• Help with ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects

Qualifications:

• A minimum of four+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to source, network, and build talent pipelines
• Self-starter with background working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter; knowledge of Internet tools, and direct sourcing methods
• Excellent interview, assessment, and selection skills; superior written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems; Oracle and Taleo preferred
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with excellent relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
• A combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience is a plus
• BS/BA degree required

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

The expected base salary for this position ranges from$90,000 – $110,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
