POSITION SUMMARY:

The manager of email design is responsible for all aspects of design for the North America Retaill, Ecomm and Omni channel emails across all Calvin Klein brands.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Produce high quality designs.
• Assist with multiple design projects and create design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high-energy environment.
• Adapt current templates as needed to answer to briefs incorporating layout and copy design.
• Translate specs and business requirements into clean designs and develop detailed graphical templates and style guides.
• Fulfill multiple project requests while meeting development deadlines.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams. i.e. Copy, Creative and Marketing.
• Maintain brand continuity across all projects and platforms.
• Responsible for editorial layout design.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:      

• 4+ years professional experience with digital creative design.
• In-house, agency and fashion experience, a plus. 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing or related concentration preferred.

Skills:  

Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator

• Sketch is a plus
• Understanding of latest digital trends, desktop and mobile is a must
• Great compositional and typographical skills.
• Great understanding of technical specifications and mechanicals
• Strong in communicating ideas with team
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS/Flash and other motion graphics, a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
