Our client, a Beauty brand, is seeking an experienced Account Executive who has worked with/sold to major accounts such as Ulta, Sephora, Blue Mercury, etc. to expand their current distribution in HSN and DTC to support their expansion. This is an in-office role working in their showroom in Manhattan. The salary is 120k plus bonus.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle
Identify new sales opportunities through networking and leverage relationships
Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and respond to customer inquiries.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Beauty working as an Account Executive with major accounts
Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
Experience in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (ex. Salesforce) is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic, high energy, and a love of selling
BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing
