The Inside Sales Representative will bring a high energy, thoughtful customer service, and meaningful business-to-business conversations to our customers every day. In this role, you will accelerate Boats Group’s acquisition strategy by connecting with a defined group of prospects. If you’re someone who thrives on speaking with business owners and helping them achieve their unique goals through consultative selling, this role is for you! We firmly believe in a consultative selling method, so no two conversations are the same. You’ll become an expert in an exciting and dynamic industry and the services Boats Group is world known for in helping our customers sell boats across the globe and select the right products for that specific customer.
What You’ll Do
You will call on and speak with boat dealers and yacht brokers across the country, first learning about their distinctive business and then making appropriate recommendations based on their needs.
Using your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, you will connect with our customers to discuss their business and make recommendations.
Based on data and the customer’s needs, you’ll clearly articulate the ROI that our product suite delivers for our customers
Work closely with various Boats Group teams to ensure sales channel coordination, cooperation, and success!
What You Should Have
3-5 years of Digital advertising or Services sales experience
Business-to-business outbound cold calling sales techniques preferred – You are not afraid to pick up the phone!
Ability to complete the entire sales process on the phone only
Keen ability to overachieve on monthly sales quotas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce
High degree of self-motivation and time management skills
