STATUS: Full-time, Non- Exempt
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM, some weekend work will be necessary.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in HR or business is preferred and at least 7 years experience of Human Resources Management experience ideally in the service industry. Must have expert knowledge of employment labor laws in Washington, Oregon and California.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: The HR Director provides overall leadership and guidance by overseeing leave of absences, compliance, talent acquisition, time management, talent management, pay reviews, payroll, benefit administration, investigations, safety programs, 401(k) administration, auditing systems for compliance, review of policies and procedures and more.
