About this the CMO role :
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Define clear marketing goals and objectives, and establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand (Brask, Brask Doubles, Rask AI, Mask, etc) identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising (paid and organic), SEO, social media, content marketing, emails, internal and external events, media publications, pitches, and public relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing content, including website and landing copywriting, blog posts, video production, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts, maximize ROI, and drive lead generation.
- Utilize digital analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, leveraging insights to enhance online presence and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the company’s marketing efforts.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team (Social Media Specialist, Influencer manager, Copywriter, in-house production Team, External PR Lead), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
What we expect from YOU:
- 5+ years of experience in leading marketing strategy and initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and tactics: running Social, Influencer campaigns, content-first activities, paid, and all things digital marketing. We’re 100% digital.
- Experience leveraging life-cycle marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis, leveraging metrics and insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience in SaaS products (Web and Mobile)
Nice to have but not a deal breaker:
- AI, ML or Video as a part at your previous core product will be a plus
