Avery Dennison’s North America Operations Early Career Program (OECP) has a single business focus to build talent for our rapidly growing organization. With a concentrated blend of experiential on-the-job learning and classroom and virtual training, the OECP serves as the talent pipeline for operations roles throughout the organization.
We are looking for agile problem solvers who enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative manufacturing environment to be our next Operations Associate within controls. Associates receive in-depth exposure to multiple areas/divisions of our business. Our program is flexible and passionate about the development needs of our associates alongside the needs of the business. With a 24-30 month training curriculum that is rooted in our Avery Dennison values, and will guide you on your career path.
We are considering individuals who are passionate about working in any of the following states post graduation OH, IN, PA, and GA.

We are looking for a motivated Controls Engineer to join our team! As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, specification, development, and implementation of controls systems for various manufacturing equipment.
