Atrium Looking for PURCHASE ORDER COORDINATOR – Hybrid at New York, New York Full Time

Our client is a popular children’s apparel company known for reinventing established styles and adding a modern touch. They are looking to add a talented and motivated Purchase Order Coordinator to their team!

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$18/hr – $24/hr (dependent upon experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Purchase Order Coordinator will be responsible for entering and validating the daily pricing and purchase order activity as directed by the Merchandising team. The Purchase Order Coordinator will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure price accuracy in all stores and online along with price change execution. There are two openings for this role, one located in New York, the other in New Jersey.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PURCHASE ORDER COORDINATOR:

• Enter daily promotions to support pricing strategies across all channels
• Perform weekly event cleanups to ensure consistency and integrity of promotional events
• Collaborate with Merchandising team to ensure PMT (Price Model Tool) accuracy
• Support perm markdown validation
• Assist managers with the development of execution strategies to best support workload and business requirements
• Maintain file and data integrity
• Set up complex pricing scenarios in SAP

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PURCHASE ORDER COORDINATOR:

• 0 – 3 years of experience Experience with data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel SAP experience a plus
• Previous retail experience required
• Ability to identify and clearly communicate
• Good organization and workload prioritization skills
• Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree required
