Our client, a contemporary women’s fashion lifestyle brand, is seeking a multifaceted Associate Store Manager for their NYC Flagship doors. Seeking a talented, energetic, Sales driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service and meeting personal and store sales goals
- Creating and maintaining a client base
- Support the Store Manager to train, develop & motivate staff
- Lead by example
- Actively support in all areas of the day-to-day operations of the business including merchandising, shipments, event planning, marketing, opening + closing procedures, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience is required
- Self-motivated and driven attitude
- Knowledge of current trends
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends
