BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT Executes various Store Experience and Design priorities that support the creation of an inspiring shopping experience.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

DRAFTS VISUAL MERCHANDISING PLANS TO ILLUSTRATE PRODUCT PLACEMENT FOR THE STORES

• Incorporates Store Experience and Design principles into planograms
• Maintains product, fixture, signing and visual element images to ensure accurate presentation
• Compiles metrics and details supporting multiple product placement options to enable decision making

EXECUTES MERCHANDISING SETS AT THE BROOKFIELD INNOVATION STUDIO OR IN STORE

• Secures samples from Merchandising partners
• Prepares and sorts samples

WORKS WITH BUSINESS PARTNERS TO GATHER AND SHARE MERCHANDISING INFORMATION

• Requests SKU lists from Merchandising partners
• Partners with Merchant and Product Development partners to acquire and distribute
• CAD/Illustrator files
• Submits planograms and floor plans to Store Experience and Design Communication team
• Supports ISM and Packaging as required

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to prioritize multiple projects at varying stages of development

PREFERRED

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
