The Assistant/Associate Merchandising Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of Emery Jensen’s assortment strategy, gross profit, development and execution through to retail for a respective category. This responsibility spans all EJD channels, pro, paint, hardware and e-comm. The position provides leadership within the organization via a thorough understanding of the competitive marketplace and trends, opportunities for EJD customers to grow via differentiated assortment and ability to articulate and drive an action plan to execute.
The Assistant/Associate Merchandising Program Manager role is core to driving the company’s promise of delivering the biggest selection of products, the best prices and best team in hard-lines distribution. The combination of national reach, channel expertise, and local touch allows Emery Jensen to deliver the highest level of customer service with the right supply chain which provides our customer the highest in-stock position and increased profitability.
