LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of Sales Navigator, our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure customer success and help our solutions become a mission-critical, irreplaceable part of our client’s sales and business development process. You will be responsible for becoming a product expert, consulting with internal sales teams to deliver customer education via onsite workshops and webinars, managing projects, preventing customer attrition (churn), and fostering internal and external professional relationships.
