Are you a dynamic and visionary Product Manager with a passion for revolutionising the software development landscape? BlueOptima is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to spearhead our flagship product, Developer Analytics, and empower software development organisations to achieve peak performance. In this influential role, you will create a clear strategic direction, shape the product vision aligned with business objectives, collaborate with stakeholders, inspire and guide cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, drive innovation, make a lasting impact and redefine the future of software development performance optimization. This role will report to the Head of Product, will be one of the three musketeers in the Product team and will collaborate closely with the Customer Facing Teams, Engineering and User Experience team (All for One, and One for All).
