Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of human resources professionals with multiple sites and recruitment specialists.
* Manage a recruiting department that specializes in temporary and contract labor.
* Ensure adherence to all federal and state laws, as well as company policies.
* Communicate effectively with recruiters; managers, and HR professionals within the organization and outside of the organization.
* Train recruiters on new procedures; conduct recruiter performance reviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
