Job Duties and Responsibilities
At DISH, our HR Business Partners are human capital strategists. We leverage a Service Delivery Model for support and expertise in areas such as employee relations and performance management, leaving our team open to focus on supporting leaders with enhancing their overall organizational effectiveness.
Leading with solid HR and Business acumen, we serve as trusted coaches and advisors, partnering to build a people plan to help achieve company and business line goals and objectives. We focus on Organizational Design, Talent Planning, Engagement, Team Effectiveness, and Change Management, approaching our work as data-driven problem solvers and influential storytellers.
