Inviting applications for the role of Credit Bureau Analyst – Senior Manager – English – on site London
In this role, you would be part of the data integrity/analysis team in the Banking domain. You will be responsible for working with the various systems to check the ETL process, Data Reconciliation, and identify the gaps of Data loss. For these tasks, you would be encouraged to build an automated validation framework via IDQ to validate the various rule-based scenarios of data processing. You will also need to understand the business task/problem, assess the scope, quantity, and quality of the available data, prepare, and build accurate reports including the pull of the data and the creation of analytics on top of the data.
Responsibilities
· Competent in in-depth analysis with the ability to reach conclusions to suggest suitable remediation
· Proven incident management from identification through to remediation
· Be able to proactively manage risk. Take personal responsibility and accountability to regularly review, challenge and drive own adherence to risk and control processes
· Knowledge of financial services credit products (bank accounts, unsecured loans, mortgages, and credit cards) across Consumer, Business Banking and Corporate Lending
· An understanding of UK Credit Reference Agencies, credit files and credit scores and what can impact them across Consumer and Commercial customers
· Have a clear understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for CRA Reporting
· Ability to demonstrate Key Stakeholder management as well as third party management
· Ability to work within a team as well as on own
· Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
· Ability to use SAS Enterprise Guide
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
· Graduate/B.Tech/MCA/MTech
· Experience on Data warehouse and Data Lake environment
· Knowledge of the Hadoop environment
· Understanding of SAS codes over SAS Enterprise Guide
· Good interpersonal, problem solving, and verbal communication skills
· Understanding of SAS codes and hands-on over-reporting via SAS Enterprise Guide
· Understanding of Impala codes, work over Hive and Unix on Data Lake environment
· Experience over Agile methodology for day-to-day quality operations & controls
· Basic understanding of banking domains like Customers, Accounts, Relationships between customer and account, account classification for CRA
· Understanding of Financial Crimes Compliance
Preferred qualifications
· Knowledge/exp. of Banking and Capital Markets is an added advantage for this position
