This is a visible, high-energy role that will work closely with senior executive stakeholders, Talent Development, Human Resource and many other teams on defining initiatives and opportunities to scale career practices.
As a Career Architect, you will be empowering employees to drive and own their career through new and existing programs, development tools, self-service resources, and technology. You will take the initiative to codify LinkedIn’s career practices to provide more consistency and improve career outcomes for LinkedIn employees across the organization.
This position is a highly entrepreneurial role where you need to be both strategic and hands-on program management to lead career-focused efforts across the organization and in partnership with many cross-functional teams.
