Dermalogica is recruiting a dynamic and organised HR Administrator. Be a part of driving the company culture and assist with any talent-related queries, admin and initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities:
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role involves handling various HR-related tasks, maintaining employee records, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
· Assist the HR Manager with the implementation of the business plan and support with adhoc duties
· Weekly purchase order (PO) submissions to finance from the HR department
· Organisation structure: give input to organisational structure; update organograms and maintain job profile repository.
· Recruitment: assist with online vacancy and candidate management; screening CVs and scheduling interviews; selection and offers.
· Coordinate onboarding and induction and well as the offboarding administration for leavers
· Assist with the coordination of employee engagement Initiatives as well as events and celebrations
· Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records as required for internal training initiatives.
· Compliance administration i.e. BBBEE reporting; WSP & ATR Reporting; labour department inspections; OH&S; UIF documents
· Systems and reporting: Ensure the maintenance of accurate employee records including employment documents; LMS updates; VIP payroll input and checking; Maintain the ESS leave approval system
· Compile weekly and monthly reports as required
· Support the line managers with IR queries and the process.
· Support our teams with fielding of their HR-related queries;
Requirements:
· HR / Organisational Psychology or equivalent diploma or degree
· 3 years minimum HR-related experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
· Experience in recruitment and selection
· Industrial relations experience and knowledge of the BCEA
