JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the regional operations team consisting of the Senior Vice President, Vice President Property Management (VPPM), Regional Managers, and Facilities Managers/Directors, the Property Operations Analyst is responsible for all analysis and forecasting, financial review documentation for S-Ox requirements, and special projects for the apartment communities within a VPPM’s portfolio. The Property Operations Analyst will collaborate with the regional team and act as the financial partner to the VPPM.
The team this role will be on is entering the pinnacle of their year – budget season. Over the next few months, this person will play a key role as they coordinate with business partners, identify and present trends to regional leadership, and help define strategy for the upcoming operating year.

ABOUT THE TEAM
In this department, we optimize operations of the properties while developing and sharing best practices across the portfolio. These tasks include ensuring a quality customer service experience at the asset level, enhancing operating processes and cost efficiencies, and committing to leadership development and management training. Sub departments include Facilities, Pricing, Real Estate Tax, Revenue Strategy and Purchasing and Procurement.
