Who We’re Looking For: Talent Acquisition Coordinator- Wakefield, MA
We are looking for an organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist with growing a first in class team. The talent acquisition coordinator schedules interviews, liaises with hiring managers for interview feedback, maintains clean data in our applicant tracking system and assists in the preparation of job offer letters for successful candidates.
To be successful as a talent acquisition coordinator you must have excellent attention to detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent written communication skills. A good talent acquisition coordinator is able to multitask and manage time effectively.
Please note: This role requires daily attendance to our Wakefield, MA office.
A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator: Wakefield, MA
Contact candidates via email and phone calls to schedule hiring manager interviews
Send calendar invitations to hiring managers for future interviews and include all pertinent candidate information including resumes, supporting documents, and additional collateral as needed.
Email candidates with interview confirmation details
Maintain up to date candidate information on our applicant tracking system (JazzHR) and candidate pipeline reporting including references and supporting documentation in the documents section.
Coordinate and conduct professional references calls as directed
Outbound source for candidates as needed
Assist with the preparation of job offer letters
Assist with new hire onboarding as needed
Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive candidate information
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 1+ years of office/administrative experience or equivalent combination of internship experience.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer proficiency in G-Suite preferred
Knowledge of JazzHR platform preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and address issues with a sense of urgency
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
