About The Role
Yes Hearing is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a chief of staff role. As the Head of Operations, you will shape all areas of the business and help set and drive all key strategic initiatives to ensure alignment among goals, timelines, cost, and quality. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and solving this venture’s most critical opportunities, including care delivery, internal processes and project management.
