Purpose: This position will be involved in all day-to-day activities of the Human Resources office as well assisting with the employee housing program for YC employees.
The ideal candidate will have several year’s experiencing with Excel spreadsheets. They would consider themselves having an intermediate or above knowledge level of Excel. They are comfortable with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as well. This position will interact daily with YC employees who have questions of all kinds. The ideal candidate will love working with people, enjoy helping them solve their problems, answer their questions and guide them with assistance as needed.
Strong customer service skills are needed – roughly 1-2 years. The office can be fast-paced at times and this individual will enjoy working where time flies by and where activity abounds. With over 1,500 employees, the HR office can be very busy at times and this person will enjoy the constant activity.
