Position Objectives:

• Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time, process variation, and transportation spend through data analysis, network modeling, statistics and lean practices.

• Complete analysis of logistics performance and transportation spend for key providers and lanes

• Support Value Chain Partners on projects and initiatives through International Transportation resources as a project member, facilitator, or leader.

• Assist in defining business requirements for Supply Chain specific metrics and associated reporting functionality.

• Maintain International Transportation metrics to lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support optimal forecasting algorithms and inventory analysis for key products.

• Support inventory analysis for key products.

• Conduct network studies to evaluate existing domestic and global network configuration. Provide insight and recommendations for future network optimization plans.

• Study existing Supply Chain information systems to develop data analytics and develop systems subject matter expertise

• Design Supply Chain data analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI tool (i.e. PowerPivot) and other applications

• Participate and/or lead financial outlook development and monthly financial causals for International Transportation.

• Lead or participate on multiple cross-functional projects concurrently to support International Transportation and Supply Chain initiatives.

• Participate in Global Purchasing tender for air forwarder, ocean carrier, and customs brokerage, including negotiations and contracting.

• Data analytics, statistical analysis, and computer software suites.

• Self-confident, assertive, good listening skills, curious, inquisitive, team player

• Be a representative of Xerox when interacting with external suppliers, providers, and customers

Applicant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields

• Flexibility to support global scheduling and external suppliers, providers, and customers

• Data warehouse mining, planning/buying, transportation, export, or supply chain experience a plus

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Demonstrated analytical skills required

• Required proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI. Additional software skills a plus.

• Team work skills are critical, along with managing multiple tasks and deliver timely results

• Strong time management and organizational skills a must; ability to communicate across multiple levels of management and business partners
