Payzer, a WEX Company, creates software solutions to help contractors simplify their business and make life easier.
Our software product, Payzerware, is an end-to-end Field Service Management platform that helps contractors run their business, grow sales, and simplify back-office operations. Payzerware provides complete business management including schedule / dispatch, invoicing, sales proposals, and maintenance agreements. It also enables a full range of payment and financing solutions, which further help contractors decrease outstandings, generate more revenue per job, and save time.
As an Onboarding Coach on our PayzerCare Team, you will be responsible for helping our customers solve complex business problems by applying our software to meet their needs. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers through webinar meetings, phone check-points, email, and live chat. You will help customers navigate learning the new software, implementing it with their companies, and committing to making the software switch to Payzerware.
You will be a Product Expert with a deep understanding of our product – you will understand the “why” and “how” of our product and communicate in an effective manner with our customers to solve their business problems. Sometimes you will field simple questions, others you will conduct a “mini-training” on features for your customer. You will also capture and interpret customer feedback, and clearly document all customer interactions in SalesForce. You may also occasionally test new product features to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements
– Desire to educate customers and help solve onboarding problems as it relates to software, technical troubleshooting and business application
– Previous experience successfully interacting with customers both online and on the phone for most of the day
– We’re a technology company, so we need people who are adept at using online and mobile software
– Experience with field management software
– Experience in training or the HVAC industry is a plus
– Knowledge of payments and finance software is a plus
– College graduate with 5 years of work experience
