The Department of Student Life at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for an Office Administrator.
About the Opportunity
The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities (OSRR) and Office of Academic Integrity (AI)’s Office Administrator (OA) manages the daily operations of the offices, manages daily communication and correspondence tasks, assists in the intake of new cases, and provides high-level, complex administrative and professional support to the offices’ staffs. The OA serves as the first point of contact for students and others contacting OSRR and AI. The OA prepares formal written correspondence for students and others involved in the conduct process, prepares documents and materials used in conduct proceedings, and tracks timelines and other details related to the operations of the offices. The OA works in collaboration with office leadership to plan for and oversee the budget and assists in other areas of research and reporting. This individual will be exposed daily to matters of confidential student judicial records, student personal and academic matters, and matters that have wide University impact. The OA will need to have the ability to work independently.
