The ideal candidate for the West Creek Ranch’s Operations Manager position will live our core values of Putting people first, our associates, and our guests. Leads by example as a quality leader. Includes everyone in day-to-day activities and tasks. Innovates continually, providing new ideas and implementing them when it benefits the associates and guests. The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and assists the General Manager in day-to-day tasks. The OM is the front desk person that meets and greets guests and assists the group coordinators daily. They will also oversee the housekeeping department and all the Guest Service associates.
