Overview:
We’re hiring for a marketing project coordinator. The ideal candidate is an exceptional copywriter and content creator who is willing to learn both the business and the brand voice so they can represent the founder and company without extensive oversight or editing. The role will require the ability to manage multiple marketing projects with overlapping deadlines, while simultaneously producing the writing and collateral needed to execute the project. Someone who has keen emotional intelligence and the confidence to take a project from start to finish, on time, and without drama will be strongly considered for the role.
We’re a well-established business with a clear brand voice and thought leadership, as well as content and marketing strategies. While this is a job that will require original content and copy creation, you won’t be starting from scratch. Volumes of content exist that can be repurposed initially while you’re fully learning the brand. These will inform future content that you’ll create. As essential as your writing skills will be, this is a role that requires implementation, follow through, and process improvement.
You will gradually take over full responsibility for social media management, including content repurposing and scheduling, metric tracking, high-touch engagement with prospects, and outbound lead generation. You will also take on email marketing and additional content development projects.
You will receive extensive messaging, marketing, and lead generation training to uplevel your skills and help you acclimate to the brand, plus mentorship and support to help you excel and grow in your career. We maintain an open minded workplace, where your opinions, discoveries, and recommendations to optimize our marketing content and strategies will be well received.

Audience & Target Market:
Our target market is female, 35+ purpose-driven coaches and consultants in their first 10 years of building online businesses. An understanding of the online transformational coaching industry or experience with this clientele is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
As Marketing Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the founder in growing the company’s visibility and sales organically through content and conversations on social media, email, YouTube, and PR.

Compensation & Hours:
This role will start at roughly 20 hours per week, but you’ll be able to increase your earning potential through expanded hours and responsibilities as you show increasing proficiency. The goal is for this role to become full-time within 12 months.
Compensation will be based on an hourly rate to start and will then be moved to a flat monthly rate.
As the position is part-time to start, a consistent weekly schedule will be agreed upon, but you must have availability between 9:00am-5:00pm ET. During launches, an augmented schedule will be created and agreed upon in advance.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have intermediate to advanced marketing experience supporting a business that relies on digital marketing. Experience with lead generation is a plus but not a requirement. The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications:
