Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate execution of all administrative functions within the Human Resources department. Partners with leaders and staff to support a positive work environment. Works collaboratively with all areas within the HR department including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Acquisition to achieve customer satisfaction. Communicates with leaders and employees to answer questions and provide excellent customer service. Ability to produce high-volume time sensitive and confidential reports, data analysis, correspondence and data entry. Analyzes data incollaboration with HR Consultants and Facility Operational leaders to identify trends in turnover, works with assigned departments to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction/engagement. Participates in facility initiatives and programs, identifies and facilitates opportunities for training and evelopment, interprets routine HR policies and procedures, responsible for oversight of Facility Orientation. Serves as a backup for payroll data entry for dept HR Rep, assists AVP/VP with special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned including but not limited to job descriptions and facility communication.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Associate Degree in Human Resources and/or related field. Bachelors preferred. PHR also preferred.
Required Minimum Experience: 2-4 years related human resources experience in all functional areas of HR.
Required Minimum Skills: Must be able to perform effectively in a stressful and fast paced work environment. Must have the ability to prioritize appropriately. Must be detail oriented and have the capacity to effectively multi-task throughout the day. Must have excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact professionally with a variety of customers. Must possess the ability to function independently, yet productively as a cooperative team member. Must have exceptional organizational, and critical thinking skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and maintain excellent customer service. Must be able to handle matters in discrete and confidential manner. Must be able to maintain quality documentation.
