Volt is immediately hiring for a Talent Acquisition Support in Erie, PA.
As a Talent Acquisition Support, you will:
Assist with various aspects of the hiring process
Support human resource and recruiting related functions
Creating job postings
Review and screen candidates
Facilitate pre-employment checks
Process hires in the system
Generating offer letters
Work with private/sensitive data

This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Experience coordinating interviews, pre-employment screenings and references
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency with MS Office programs
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple calendars using Microsoft Outlook
Ability to multitask and prioritize, with flexibility for changing focus

Pay rate: Between $18-$20/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
