Job Description

  • As a Talent Management Associate, he/she should have experience in Development Planning. Able to build customized development plans for specific populations that come out of the HR activities.
  • Experience as a systems admin, will support the Oracle LMS (and potentially Review our performance management system).
  • The individual would also be responsible for making sure that new joiners are given access to LinkedIn Learning and Coursera (eventually) and regular reporting until the Oracle LMS is integrated.
  • development plans are created, the individual would be responsible for creating the journey in the Oracle LMS and ensuring they monitor progress and report updates on a regular basis.
