Position: Community Liaison, Boston – Bilingual English / Brazilian Portuguese
About the Role:

The Community Liaison is an experienced, energetic, and motivated individual whose goal is to ensure qualified client’s access to Vitra Health’s various program through building relationships with referral sources, such as community agencies, insurance companies, mental health works, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, facility staff, and healthcare decision makers.
The Liaison works in collaboration with the Intake team and the Business Development team to achieve targeted referral goals. This position also collaborates with local community agencies to provide educational and cultural events to promote Vitra Health to the community at large.

Essential Functions:
Become an expert on Vitra Health’s service offerings and competitive advantages
Develop and drive a strategic client outreach plan generate sales and leads for home healthcare service offerings within the assigned territory
Develop and implement a business plan to build brand awareness within the assigned territory
Develop new community partnerships within the assigned territory
Partner with the Intake Team to begin the enrollment/intake process for eligible prospective members in the field
Developing, refining and updating contacts
Coordinate and schedule meetings and presentations
Execute plans, document results of visits in Salesforce
Build follow up plan to connect with referral sources
Conduct 6-8 visits in the field per day
Other responsibilities may be assigned
Requirements:
2+ Years experience in direct sales and business development preferred
Bilingual in English, and Brazilian Portuguese a huge plus****
* Previous experience in/knowledge of home healthcare agencies preferred
Experience utilizing CRM software
Strong knowledge of the Boston and its surrounding communities
Able to work independently and willing to work 100% in the field required
Must be willing to work some nights and weekends
Strong drive and ambition
Must have a positive attitude and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills
Self-disciplined with an aptitude to stay on task
Desire for continuous improvement and coachability
Ability to work independently as well as function within a team
Reliable vehicle needed
