Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and inform hiring partners on talent strategy
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer/Researcher in tech startups
Experience in successfully building diverse talent pipelines while considering business needs
Proficiency in using tools like Linkedin recruiter, ATS, Github, etc
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
Self-learner, eager to develop domain-specific knowledge as business goals change
