What you’ll be doing…
Responsible for the delivery and day to day operation of Revenue Assurance (RA) applications; build business knowledge, analyze from assurance perspective to enhance the proactive audits and controls; ensure testing artifacts are uploaded into AYS and UAT sign off is obtained prior to production deployment; manage monthly and non-periodic releases for applications; attend weekly change control meetings to provide readout and get approvals for application code deployment; ensure change records are submitted well in advance of deployment date; explore opportunities to detect under billing, delayed billing and over billing scenarios; establish a framework to automate manual queries and track corrections for audit purposes; develop and maintain a resource capacity plan; provide weekly team highlights; maintain the JIRA story board for RA applications and ensure it is refreshed every week; track SOX Control activities related to IT RA systems, collect artifacts for various controls as evidence; work with auditors to respond to queries; perform the role of SOX Control reviewer to ensure the SOX Control performers have delivered as per the documentation in VGRC tool; monitor all RA KPIs on a monthly basis and take corrective actions to meet targets; attend agile story grooming calls and communicate with development team to set the right delivery expectations; develop and maintain a rotating on-call support schedule for REVO production monitoring; ensure extended coverage during iconic and other major product or pricing plan launches; develop a set of KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of RA controls and provide proactive feedback to RA business partners; define and advise on security posture/processes of applications and applications infrastructure in SAST, DAST, Open-Source vulnerabilities, OWASP and develop strategies to mitigate of Tenable vulnerabilities; track the public cloud migration plan; provide design/solutions to platforms development.
What we’re looking for…
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a software or computer systems engineer, applications developer, or in a related/similar position. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 3 years of experience in the above. Experience therein to include 2 years with application and application infrastructure security, including SAST and DAST, OWASP top 10, Tenable host or asset security, API security such as 42Crunch, and vulnerabilities remediation in 3rd Party Libraries detected by tools such as Black Duck; and 2 years with issue tracking and application lifecycle management tools such as Jira, CICD tools such as Jenkins, distributed version control systems such as Git, Oracle or PostgreSQL databases, Hadoop or Hive, and Python or R or Scala.
