Reporting to and working with the Vice Chancellor for Advancement, the Senior Director, Advancement Services will manage all operations and service teams across the division. These include donor and alumni biographical and gift records, data analysis and reporting, software and vendor management, business processes and staff training, prospect research, and portfolio management.
Job Duties

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with adjustments for evening or weekend work as needed.
Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $103,000 – $140,000 Annually
Grade: GGS-13
University Title: Senior Director Advancement
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 10 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10 years of direct experience in higher education or non-profit organizations.
Service on an advancement specific team within higher education and demonstrated understanding of fundraising and volunteer engagement management.
Prior experience in business operations in a college/Institute environment.
Direct experience with the following: budget planning and execution, spreadsheet applications, data integrity and security, and general accounting/fundraising reporting and practices in keeping with industry standards and national guidelines.
