Job Summary The Project Manager is a member of the Collaborative Quality Initiatives (CQI) Operations team, within the Clinical Quality Division in the Quality Department. Under direction from the Manager, CQI Data Strategy Initiatives and the CQI Data Hub Project Senior Manager, this employee will provide project management support for the planning, design, development, and implementation of new data collection, management, analytics and reporting solutions being developed to support data activities for the CQI Portfolio. The Project Manager will work with a highly diverse and collaborative group of internal and external stakeholders and data and technology partners. Candidates for this position must be driven, with an intellectual curiosity and desire to continue learning, as well as the ability to work on multiple projects at one time. About Us Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) sponsored CQIs are statewide quality improvement programs whose goals are to improve quality, safety, and clinical outcomes for healthcare procedures or medical conditions across the state of Michigan ( https://www.uofmhealth.org/quality-safety/clinical-quality-collaboratives ). Michigan Medicine is home to the coordinating centers for 20+ of the current CQIs. A central CQI Operations (CQIO) team based in the Michigan Medicine Quality Department supports the work of the CQIs. The CQI Data Hub is the foundational data infrastructure being developed to support the work of new chronic disease and population health CQIs. We are further developing CQI Data Hub infrastructure, products and services to deliver a platform that allows the wider CQI portfolio to take advantage of data automation, centralized data registry services, and new data sources. The intention is that this will scale over time to support future partnerships and initiatives within the BCBSM Value Partnerships ecosystem and beyond. This position may be eligible for remote and/or flexible work opportunities at the discretion of the hiring department. Flexible work agreements are reviewed annually and are subject to change dependent on the business needs of the hiring department, throughout the course of employment.
