Position Description:
The Department of Educational Leadership, Evaluation, & Organizational Development in the University of Louisville’s College of Education and Human Development seeks a full-time Program Coordinator with high capacity to effectively support, promote, advance project effort of curricular and co-curricular learning of military and other adults. This role is externally funded and involves partnering with the U.S. Army to educate Instructors and Professors of Military Science in ROTC programs nationwide. The program operates in an executive format with on-campus or virtual sessions. The candidate will be on campus daily during face-to-face instruction, and potentially at Ft. Knox if needed. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
Responsibilities include coordinating program activities, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting students’ progress, managing marketing and communications, maintaining the program’s website, and organizing events. The Program Coordinator will also facilitate admissions, provide student success programming, and coordinate the writing center’s operations.
