Job Description
We are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Manager to lead on outbound marketing activities across Universal Production Music and Universal Music for Creators. This person will work closely with the Head of Global Digital Marketing and will be responsible for global content (written articles and creative briefs for video and design), email marketing, and social media strategies and execution.
It’s key that the person in this role is passionate about the world of both music and digital marketing, has experience running creative campaigns that drive results and has their finger on the pulse of social media, and content trends and changes. They should have experience working with CRM tools, such as Marketing Cloud and be able to demonstrate proven results in achieving growth / ROI from digital marketing sources.
We’re looking for a strong communicator to work with the territories and understand the needs of the business to create marketing campaigns and ensure the highest standard of digital marketing is achieved.
The main aim of this role will be to elevate the global digital footprint while using valuable data provided by the Business Analyst and external agencies (SEO & Paid Media) to measure and improve the impact of UPM and UMC’s global content on digital platforms with the aim of raising brand awareness while driving new business leads and revenue.
