About the role | Analyses and customer insights that create value in the business
As Customer Insights Advisor, you will serve as a cornerstone of the Group Customer Insights function and play a critical role in ensuring that Trygg-Hansa and the rest of Tryg Group maintain best-in-class research capabilities and advisory. You will lead excellence, exploration of new sources of insights (e.g. AI) and optimization of how we use insights to improve customer experience and drive commercial impact.
You will have a leading role in providing relevant analyses and insights across the value chain – both into specific processes – as well as more general issues within customer experience, communication and marketing. Throughout your work, you identify and point out opportunities for improvement that add commercial value to the business. You do this by combining your extensive analytical experience in customer research with a strong commercial understanding. You are perceived as a highly competent and trusted advisor.
With a holistic and creative mindset, you add value to the business by synthesizing key data and insights across various sources including e.g., customer satisfaction analyses, brand tracking and ad hoc analyses, just as you also identify and initiate the collection of new insights that can provide value.
It is expected that you can work independently and lead research projects end-to-end with full understanding of processes and deliverables covering research design, sampling, questionnaire, making the razor-sharp analysis and communicating results in an easily comprehensible manner. You can act at an operational level of detail as well as draw strategic insight from analysis, and your methodological understanding is extremely solid.
An important part of your role is also to ensure that the business areas continuously acquire knowledge and experience in how commercial challenges can be solved using customer research.

Group Customer Insights is a Nordic function working as Center of Excellence across our key markets in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. We partner with business areas to ensure insight led decision-making that leverages customer insights as a source of truth to drive commercial impact and help innovate for the future.
You will be part of a highly skilled team that believes that data and insights create the best results. The team runs Tryg’s CX program across business areas in the Nordics creating customer focused data and insights that influence ongoing performance evaluation and actioning as well as managing the Group KPI for Customer satisfaction. As such, this team has influence on every employee at Tryg Group.
You will have the opportunity to use and develop your skills in a large organization, where the data-based approach to customer experience plays a significant role at a strategic level. You will be part of a team with 10 competent and committed colleagues who embrace good ideas and are dedicated to making a difference.
Your primary place of work is our office in Stockholm. Your manager and several of your colleagues are based in Denmark why you should expect limited travel activity of around 20 travel days per year. You speak Swedish fluently, have proficient level of English, and understand the Nordic languages at large.
