Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of the entire life cycle of customers’ new development projects to ensure successful completion. You will review forecasts, bid/order specifications with customers, negotiate finalized requirements, and release sales orders. You will manage customers’ needs, requests, and requirements from development to production.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will cross-functionally coordinate and direct activities with customers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and numerous suppliers and vendors to ensure customer expectations are being satisfied. You will report to the VP of sales.
