*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
*Recruiting: *Create and post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Support talent acquisition processes across the organization including recruiting passive candidates, organizing and attending job fairs, and developing marketing to encourage applicant activity.
*New Hire: * Assist in the development of onboarding and training plans for new hires. Maintain new hire paperwork and insurance binders to ensure a sufficient quantity is always on hand. Calendar out new hire timeframes such as insurance enrollment, 30/90 day reviews, and 401k eligibility.
*Employee Relations: * Act as an employee resource to answer basic questions or to schedule meetings for more involved issues. Ensure the uniform administration of policies and practices. Ensure job descriptions are effective, up to date, and compliant.
*Time Keeping and Payroll: *Data entry of employee absences, correcting time clock errors, and ensuring that the time records of employees are correct. Prepare timeclock records for payroll entry. Manage PTO balances and monitor employee absences, recognizing when absences are excessive and in need of disciplinary action. Maintain employee lists and the updating of various reports. The processing of part of the payroll process.

*QUALIFICATIONS: *
* A minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including employee relations.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

* Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking.
* Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

* Capable of managing multiple demands and priorities simultaneously.
* Knowledge of and experience with HR functions, programs, and practices.
* Familiarity with employment laws such as FMLA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and state laws covering discrimination and equal opportunity employment
Compensation based on experience and HR competencies.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
